Shipping Policy (Domestic Only)


Shipping Options 

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (via Pos Laju, J&T Express, City-Link or Ninja Van)

     **Note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia).
  • Orders placed before 2 PM Malaysia Time (GMT+8) on weekdays typically ship the same day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated in real time by our courier partners based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and size
  • Chosen shipping speed

You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout—before you complete your payment. We do not add any markup to courier rates.

Delivery Areas

Malaysia: We deliver to all states, including East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
Note: Delivery to East Malaysia may take 1–2 additional business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package via the courier’s website (e.g., Pos Laju, J&T, DHL)

Delivery Delays

While we and our couriers aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays (e.g., Hari Raya, Chinese New Year)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • High-volume periods (e.g., Raya, CNY, 11.11 sales)

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and, if possible, photos of damaged items/packaging.
  • We’ll work with the courier to investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund—at no extra cost to you.

Note: Claims for lost/damaged items must be reported within the courier’s allowable window (usually 7–14 days from shipment).

Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address
  • No one available to receive the package (and no safe drop option)

…your package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • A reshipment fee (equal to the original shipping cost) may apply.
