Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will arrange delivery of products to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, shipping method, and other factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Partial Returns Policy applies to all purchases:

Within 2 weeks (14 days): 80% refund.
Within 1 month (30 days): 50% refund.
After 1 month: No refund available.
Customers are not required to return the purchased items.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to processing times of your payment provider. For more details, please refer to our [Partial Returns Policy].
