If you do not require the automatic soft-descend function and prefer an easier push when returning the basket, you may increase the power assist button by one level. For example, if the load weight is 0–1kg, you can select Level 1, and so on.

Refund Policy
Partial refunds available within 30 days with no item return required; proof of purchase needed.
1. Within 14 days, 80% refund;
2. 15–30 days, 50%;
3. After 30 days, not eligible.
Shipping non-refundable. Excludes promotional, clearance, gift cards, digital items, purchases over 60 days. Refunds via original payment in 5–10 days.
Shipping Policy
We ship within Malaysia only. Orders process in 1–2 business days; orders before 12 PM may ship same day. Delivery takes 2–5 business days (East Malaysia +1–2 days).
